They said that same shìt when they were pushing to make it mandatory to show ID to vote.
The white do gooders said the blacks were far too stupid to be able to obtain ID.
So...people started asking black people if they had a driver's license, knew what it was or how to get one.
Turns out they did have them or at least know how to get one.
