Got my 6.5 Grendel dies yesterday. The transaction didn't exactly go as described in their shipping policies .
No order acknowledgment , no shipping acknowledgment , no tracking information . I found they had the best
price online with free shipping so I ordered. Checked their website after the first week and found my order .
That was the only clue that something was happening . Also sent 2 emails to check status but got no response.
The transaction took about 2 weeks and the product quality looks good ( as normal ) but customer service
is sorely lacking .
Hoping the Hodgdon buy out breaths new life into that company.

That is odd I have always had good luck with their service.Their products are always my goto when I'm not sure what to get. since the company has been sold to Hornady., I am sure all the employees at Oroville CA, are looking at losing a job they've had for years with a good company, or their other option might be given to move to Nebraska.. which I am sure is not floating anyone's boat. Kinda hard to be motivated when your income is going away, to elsewhere...

Not an industry insider, but the transition to new owner is bound to cause some confusion and break down of normal procedures.

Hornady bought TC, Hodgdons bought RCBS So the new owners are going to move them to Kansas instead of Nebraska... for the average person who resides in Oroville, I really doubt that is going to seem any better whatsoever....
