This is the kind of story that could help Military recruitment... I'm thinking they would need to offer an iron clad contract that qualified new recruits could ignore any orders given by the lunatic woke command though...
That's probably not going to happen but I did want to post a feel good story about the Military preforming a complicated rescue at sea and helping a nice family get the emergency care they needed.
PJs, CROs do it again with the Pedro rescue choppers. They do not get or allow filming often. The actual quiet professionals. They have the air to air rescue refuelers and the high altitude lift capable choppers. One of the toughest training programs in the military world and a very, very low graduation rate, at only about 3%

All our rescue swimmers are pretty sharp guys. We were typically told if you go in the drink, don’t try to help the swimmer…just do what they tell you and let them do their job. Fortunately, I never had any experience with them except in our periodic swim qual refresher courses where they provided excellent instruction.

The shooters are still top notch if not better than ever, but they work for somebody and those somebody’s are compromised, as well as many others career fields.
The might want to mention that there was a sick kid at a baseball game many years ago that needed to get to the hospital real fast...
