God forbid this thing messes with the bank's computer system, you have a hard copy to show what you had in your account.

Only one was really impressive. 15-16 years ago for whatever reason they were exceptionally bright that night. Driving home from Lansing to Bay City a large chunk or the sky was lit up.

Guess there’s quite tourists business now, Japanese and Chinese coming over in the winter just to see the display. Good for the economy during winter doldrums.
