I have a spare cylinder for what appears to be a Ruger Blackhawk? It’s 45cal. I know nothing about these so please look at the pictures and decide for yourself if it fits your gun.
$160 shipped.

I could be wrong here but that looks like it possibly goes to a double action, maybe a Ruger Redhawk!? The second picture on the first post looks like it has an extractor.

I bought my father a .45LC Ruger Blackhawk that had a .45ACP cylinder as well. Looked similar. Can't reference it, he passed and I don't know who has it.

That’s definitely a Blackhawk cylinder in the pic and sometimes it helps to post an accurate overall length. This info and $5.75 get you a real sweet coffee nowadays…. Good luck with your sale.

Don't take this to the bank but,

The groove cut at the rear indicates an old model BH or an early new model. If 45, it looks to have recessed chambers or to be machined for a case rim, so it would be chambered in 45 Colt as an ACP cyl. wouldn't need the recesses.

Looking in the chamber itself to see where the step is will further confirm.

My bet is it's from a 3-screw Ruger .45 Blackhawk made between 1970-72. The radial groove cut in the cylinder end is clearance for the firing pin when it's down (this on the original 3-screw Ruger action). Someone will snap this up if it's for a 45acp, to make their 1970-72 Ruger .45 3-screw a convertible.
