It took me a while, but I just found full-length stocks for the LW 20ga 1100 and 11-87 shotguns. Bosley's Outfitters has a stash of brand-new, OEM parts. I originally found them on eBay, but you can also order directly from Bosley's website and save some shipping:

Remington Choke Tubes, at a decent price ($25 for the Express Bundle, 12 or 20ga).
So, for those of you that bought the closeout 20ga youth-model 11-87s, you can upgrade them to adult-length stocks, when needed. I don't think you'll need a new recoil pad, though. I bought a new
SuperCell Recoil Pad, but it appears to be identical to the one already on the youth model stock.
