SanFran. "Reviews" a program they have had for 5 years at a cost of $5 mil./yr. Providing a "bar" for St. People (alcoholics) to get a drink in a "safe environment" Beer and Vodka are served. $5 million buys a lot of drinks. Can you imagine the grift taking place. They are $25 mil in already!

I was stationed in the Bay Area for about 3 years early in my navy career at the Alameda Naval Air Station and Treasure Island. Not once in all that time did the city of San Fran ever offer to by me a drink. Just sayin...
