We have been screwed around by what we have found to be antigun establishment.

Our Credit card proccesor, Merchant Services INC (MSI) the ones who are supposed to get us our money from the customer cards screwed us.

A customer used his Visa to pay for the deposit on a rifle.
The company who procsesses those for us called and asked for an invoice for some reason. I emailed it to them.
I was then called and told that a Visa could not be used for a deposit and that a full purchase and the product must be in the hands of the customer before they would send the money on to our bank. The customer was charged and MSI had the money and would not release it.

Visa, the customers card issuer and our accountant and Laywer confrence called with MSI. Visa said there is no rule like that. The customers card issuer said to give us the money, MSI refused.
I ended up refunding the money Via our CC terminal.

3 days later, I sold the same customer a scope. Charged his card accordingly.
The next day I get a call from MSI asking why I charged this card again. I explained it was for a scope, not a deposit. They would not send the money to our bank again! They said they would no proccess this customers card becaue of the deposit we tried to take of a FIREARM. the word firearm was verbaly emphisized.

They are getting a call from our lawyer to file suit.

If anyone out there uses this company, Beware. They make bogus rules up to mess with gun businesses and to hold your money for longer so they can collect the interest from it.

And here's what I told George:

Dear Mr. Mayo:
It has come to my attention that your processing firm has refused to handle a couple of transactions for HD Rifles, which from all sources has a reputation for service and quality...reason being the transactions were specifically for "firearms" and related items.
Kind sir, there is such a thing as the Second Amendment, which is part and parcel of the Bill of Rights, even in New Jersey.
I suggest you rectify this error. If it is policy, I suggest you change it at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely,

Dave Skinner
