I've become gainfully employed. Please keep the applause to a dull roar. smile
Went to DMV a couple of weeks ago and got a wrecker (W) endorsement for my CDL.
Operating a like new Chevy flatbed.On-call 24/7.
Boss called tonite and told me I was getting a new red Rasberry to keep in touch, while I'm on the road.It will be here tommorow.Has GPS.On-line capable...can't wait to fool with it.
Anyone driving one here?

Now, is the GPS for you to keep from getting lost, or for your boss to keep track of you? confused

oh the blackberry will either make you tech savy or you will just throw it away... it's really a leach but does give me some flexibility...I "work from home" but since I get my emails on my phone...I pretty much do what ever I want and then when needed I can either email from my phone, call, or run home and shoot out an email from my computer...thi is of course when I am not on deployment!

Jed,
You are officially a "High Tech Red Neck". I hate to tell ya'll this but I actually sat in my deer stand last year 20 foot high in the woods shooting e-mails from my black berry, now ain't that sad!!! The only good thing is that it allowed me to sneak out of the office and nobody new it.

A lot of people call them "crack berrys" because you become addicted to them. 24/7 they got you now!!! Foxnut

Best to you with the wrecker job. Hopefully you'll continue as
our favorite gun-trading tree farmer too.
