Had a 96 F150XL 4x4 with the bench interior, rubber floors, manual 5spd, manual hubs, and dual limited slip diffs. Funny thing was, it was dark red/silver and was ordered with aluminum wheels, chrome bumpers, grill, etc. After a 2" lift and 33x12.50's were added, it was one of the best looking trucks in town. The 300 I-6 made enough torque, but drank fuel at 12-13mpg average with those tires. Dad bought it for $13.5K, I drove it for a few years and put about 70,000 miles on it. I sold it in 2000 for nearly $11,000. Put it in the shop only once, for a clutch adjustment.
Loved that truck and the guy who bought it still takes care of it.
