How is parallax adjusted on a scope? I know what parallax is and that you turn the adjustment on the scope to the yardage that you want it to be parallax free at, but what goes on inside the scope when you adjust it? Does it just move a lens back and forth that changes focus? Can it change your zero when you change the setting from one place to another?

I never had a problem with shift in POI when using a scope with adjustable Obj.<P>Tex
