The most popular automobile color today is white, followed by black, silver, blue, red, and a hodgepodge of assorted colors. White was not the leader ten years ago. Tastes change. If a shooter pole were taken now for plastic/kevlar stock colors, black would probably win, ahead of grey, tan, and a variety of lesser hues. It would be interesting to ask Mr. Forbes what colors in descending go out his door.
Stuff like this is very personsal. I like his signature green tiger stripe. I have owned three... all the same. Stripes to me symbolize NULA. Moreover, if I dent one, I send it to WV and for $100 I have a new rifle. It is hard to unring a bell and undent wood, although most of my guns are of wood. Way to go Mr. Forbes.
