Posted a question a while back asking for advice about what midsize scope to buy for my 444 Marlin. Just for your information, I mounted a new Elite 3200, took it to the range and found it to be excellent! Just thought if anybody was looking for the same my experience with this scope would be of interest, by the way I now intend to purchase a 3x9 for my 8mm Mag. I'm not surprised that you like it so much. I hear nothing but good things about the 3200's.I have three of the earlier 3000's; two 3-9's and a 4-12 and I really like them. The 3-9's are on a 300 Win and a 300 Wtby, no problems.I have a Leupold VariXII 3-9 on my 7 Rem Mag and I believe the Elites are as good if not better. They do have a one piece tube and easily used click adjustments, unlike the Leupold VariXII.For someone looking for a great scope at a reasonable price, the Elite 3200's can't be beaten, IMHO. I just may buy one for my 77/22.

karl - You have good taste. I have 2-7 3200 on my 444S and they were made for each other.
