are you refering to the ebay store owners,the people who are selling the same items everyday on ebay...........

I think Gunbroker.com is currently the best place to buy T/C barrels but it isn't yet up to what eBay was in its glory days.
And caps only = shouting in your imagination. What they indicate is a keyboard challenged person.
