I don't come here often and don't really delve into rimfires a bunch.
I assume Cooper makes a 17hmr. Repeater?
I also assume that they are considered some of the best 17's?

Cooper makes a .17HMR repeater. Your assumption as to quality is accurate.

Thanks. I have a nice Ruger 17/77 blued walnut but seems clunky. I was thinking either a Cooper or Kimber, someday......

I went the Kimber route on a .22 rimfire and the Weatherby XXII on the .17 HMR and have been extremely pleased with both purchases. I'm sure the Cooper would also be very nice. I don't think you could go wrong with any of the above.
