that explains why those young black guys walk around holding their crotch! OK now that one is solved<I'd give that one a 9.5 Sam  >..... but what is up with the pants being worn down to expose the back side???? from what I read, that comes from the prison culture. It shows that you are 'available' for lovin  why the young bucks act like that is beyond me, if that is true.

It sure made chasin' and catchin' the bad guys alot easier when they'd "rabbit" on us while wearin' those saggin' pants.......grin.
All we needed to do was apply the handcuffs...they'd already ankle cuffed themselves quite securely. Being fashionable can be costly....in many regards.

I think that must be an urban legend. Any inmate caught with his pants anywhere but around his waist is taking a vacation in segregation. And shirts must be tucked in at all times. At least that's what it's like in the men's prisons in my state. Penny
