Where did it say that Hogdon was going to be making the powder?

Hodgdon doesn't "make" any powder. They purchase powder from various manufactures around the world and put their name/label on it.

8mm - If you ever doubted that some powders are EXACTLY the same, look at the data for H414 and WW760. Loads and velocities are identical, not just similar. i.e. they are two different names for the SAME powder. Not surprising since Winchester made H414 for Hodgdon.

You have to be kidding me!!!!

H-110 and W-296 , RL-22 and Norma MRP the list goes on and on

I was mistaken as I thought that the expanded data might be of some interest to someone. Obviously I was wrong.

We don't need no stinking data

Or H110 and WW296, Although most of their powders have been made for them, Hodgdon has built an excellent company on selling/promoting others repackaged product.
Their "Extreem" line I believe is produced by ADI of Australia and the ball powders they offer are Winchester.
They now also are the distrubutors for Winchester, and VV powders and recently purchased IMR.

Well, I just checked it out - it has been expanded (did anyone mention that?) and it is pretty nice - printed off some new data for my .225 WIN, thanks.

Hodgdon makes no powders (the BP substitutes, yes), Winchester makes no powders - they are made by St.Marks Powders in FL.

Seriously(difficult on this thread), does anyone know of a cross reference chart, or have one? I might have 2 of the same powders with different names and don't know it, and I have the feeling I'm not alone.
