My friend at work has land over in Buffalo county, which I am sure you all are aware of as one of the best spots for trophy deer in the states. He has over 100 acres of land there and told me that the neighbors of his made one drive through their land on opening day afternoon and shot 7 bucks. He was really pi**ed because they shoot all the small bucks and don't let them mature. He won't shoot anything under 150 and he has already taken several that scored over that. He let a friend who had not hunted before hunt his land, and his first deer with a bow was an 8 pointer with a score of 140.

I found this pic on the net, and I think it is of the neighbors of his on opening day. Some pretty nice bucks for small ones.
