+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I don't know how much better they'ld work in the daylight, it would work better i know with such things as NVG's since a blue/green light is more NVG compatible. I wish i could get Streamlight or Glock to put one in either of my tactical light/laser combo's. I may contact Lasermax to see if they can do an aftermarket conversion from redlight to greenlight on one of the taclights. It would be worth the testing.

After becoming a red dot scope convert I just bought my first red lazer (after swearing they were worthless). Now GREEN ! What's next? Purple?
Crap! Just know I'll wind up with at least one of everything. Wonder what magenta would do?

My wife warned me that a green laser could result in a massive firefly swarm.... they would think the mother ship was landing

I can't believe a green laser would be easier to see than a red one. I would believe just the opposite, but I've been wong before. Ah so?!

I wish i could get Streamlight or Glock to put one in either of my tactical light/laser combo's. Streamlight's done an excellent job with affordable lights/lasers for sure!! I'd definitely buy one....

Well the claim is you can see it better in daylight. Who knows? Lets all buy several of each. I'm holding out for magenta tho.

Haven't seen one but should be quite a bit brighter for the same power (5mW max for consumer products) simply because the human eye is significantly more sensitive to green light. But good Lord the price! Prices are high for all green lasers though.

Green lasers work pretty well in daylight. I do not recall what brand some of the guys were carrying, but they showed up well enough in daytime Iraq that the Iraqi's got the idea PDQ that what they were doing at that moment was a bad idea. Red light is the easiest to disperse while green is one of the more difficult to disperse.
