I used to refer to old Al as "Crazy Al". Not any more.

He's made a couple hundred million out of "global warming" which has been an ongoing thing for at least 10,000 years.. this time, and at least 5 Inter-Glacial periods before that (things get a little hazy after you've been scraped by a glacier 5 times over a few hundred thousand years!)

"Global warming" is passe' and is currently recycled as "climate change", since it is becoming apparent there is no factual over-all global warming, just shifts in patterns. Which have occured before, without mankind's influence. Also that any real shift occurs over centuries, not decades- and there has been NO overall global warming (except in the media) for the last 10 years or so. The Arctic is apparently warming, at least shor term - other areas are cooler than normal (I had to go to Montana in July to warm up!!!!)

Not to mention the "global warming" documented on Mars....

Read Michael Creighton's "A State of Fear", if you haven't already. Although "fiction", he uses extensive factual footnotes.

Thousands of scientists dispute the "fact" that humans are responsible for a "climate shift", but they get no play in the media. The originator of The Weather Channel also denies human responsibility- but he gets no play, either.

It appears that self-hating "humankind is evil" forces are in control.

Not that "some improvement is needed' isn't a factor....

Thanks for your comments - I was just getting ready to post when yours came up. I absolutely agree that Al Gore is a phony who is making money off of his misinformation. The earth has been moving along for millions of years with the system that God put in place, and we, in the short space of 100 years, don't have the ability to make the changes which have been implied. Mr. Gore is, besides being a greedy fake, is certainly pompous and arrogant.
