Hi Guys,
I hated to see MT go, but this site might just turn out to be better.

Ive learned a lot from the MT forums, so Im glad to find a place where so many of the regulars are camped. This is a really nice site by the way.

Marlin Talk, like Shooters just couldn't get it right. So once again enter "Rick Bin". Before you know it this kid's gonng to own the internet . Is that "Rick (Gates) Bin" or "Rick Bin (Gates)"

Thanks for the "new" Marlin forum. I was a lurker over there since I couldn't log in for some reason, and they couldn't/wouldn't help.

I had been here to the CampFire in the past and am glad to see that Marlin Talk will live on - it was a great forum. I appreciate the owners of this forum adding a Marlin Talk section. Odessa

[color:"blue"] Im so darned glad to find you guys between here and beartooth, I could just cry (tears of joy of course)
I posted in the lever forum under Ricks suggestion on Marlin format and hopefully his greatness can set up the Marlin heading essentially the same as it used to be on MT.
I emailed Mr. Chabot with my sentiments about their tactics.
His head probably popped off and that is why I have not received a reply. Either that, or his mailbox is full.
Rick, I would like to extend my thanks here as well.

My pleasure all.

Need anything, PM or email.

Rick

Thanks for the welcome, I recieved a heads up note in my e-mail today pointing me to this site. I have used the same user name I had on Marlin Talk so others from that forum will already be familiar with me. Thanx JarheadEd!

I was set'n around, missing Marlin Talk, but from my view of this site I must say I am very impressed! Glad to be here! Any other Canadians on here?

Hi Rick, thanks for the invite and for setting this up. I've been reading MT for 8 months and bought a 38-55CB and a 1894CB in 23-20 because of that site. These are the first two levers in my life and I couldn't be happier. I was dumb founded when Marlin pulled the plug, and with out any warning! Thanks to all great info I received from the guys on MT, I was able to get the 38-55 shooting under an inch at 100yds with no problems. I'll put out the details later. This is my first time commenting on any forum and I don't know if I'm doing this right? I hope everybody from MT comes here, there's too much info to be lost otherwise. Thanks to all of you from a lever wannabe. Ricosheawabbit
