When my oldest grandaughter was around 12, I bought her a knife: A 4-blade utility (think Scout) knife, made by Wenger, I think, that had mottled purple scales and was called the SNIFE. It just looked like a girl's knife. She kept it in her desk for years...now nearing 20, she keeps it in the glove box of her car.

Problem: Her little sister now needs a knife, and I'm having trouble finding a suitable, folding utility knife. Any suggestions? (Think: Pretty, but functional.)

Thanks,
GPA

You can't find anything in the Victorinox line to suit you? A SAK is a great knife and women tend to really like them. Otherwise one of the color handled Benchmade Griptilians is a reasonable choice I think.

Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats.
