Hate to do this, but the local lead ban has all but made this gun obsolete. Remington 700 SA, bedded HS Take-Off, Rem Varmint contour Pac-Nor 1:12T SS fluted 25" Barrel and Holland Lug installed by Darrel Holland. Trigger tuned to 2.5#. This gun is a hammer and absolutley the best shooting gun in my safe. About 300 rounds fired. $1150 shipped and insured in hardcase. that be my kind of rifle porn.....Great caliber and great shooting rifle! I have two other Holland built rifles and they all shoot lights out.

Very Nice. Sure wished it would of been a 7mm, I would of seriously been looking at it HARD.

I take it the TSX won't work with that twist rate? I'd be interested, but I don't think I've enough sellable merchandise to equal that value. Tis a nice rifle. Kaiser Norton

Kaiser: I think the 1:12T is good all the way to the 87g V-max at Ackley velocities, but this is my long range squirrel rifle so I never considered the TSX option. Barnes makes a 62g Varmint Grenade which should work, but with a B.C. of .199, it really takes the fun out of long range shooting.
Right now I'm focused on trying to get the 36g VG's to run in my .221FB and .223AI.

Bump for a nice rifle that really does a number on long-range ground squirrels!
This rifle is ready to hunt and is really a blast to shoot.
