An old friend has had shoulder replacement surgery and had given up hunting.
His doctor told him not to abuse the shoulder with recoil.
He now wants to take up limited black tail deer hunting.
I am having his old .222 fitted with a decellerator pad and will
load up some Barnes 45 gr. TSX. I also have a few boxes of 50 gr. XLC.
Does anybody have experience using these bullets in a 1 in 14"
twist barrel?
