OK, Boys, it was a bear of a weekend, but we should be rocking and rolling. I need feedback:

Speed
Functionality
Mitches and Bones

Let's hear it.

Rick,

What? Still no spell checker!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

I'm just pulling your chain, I know you love reading that about once a week. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> Besides, you switched servers, not software. Right?

Okay... It's working really nice up here my slice of heaven. Fast and functional, just like my wife describes our se.......

Rick- when I click on "mark all posts as read" I get a message that says I'm not logged in and "We cannot proceed." It also says login name/password not found. Something to that effect anyway. I haven't been on all that much since it's been back up but otherwise seems to be running fine!

P.S. the ad spaces at the top and bottom of pages are only displaying jibberish (# symbols and such).

Whittail in MT:

Try logging out, then hit the Clear Cookies icon under Past 24 Hours, then expire those cookies, then log back in.

The ads are working here. Anyone else have gibberish?

Seems real fast here.

Rick:

See my post under, your "change server" thread, I'm getting the same kind of things the others on here are reporting, no banners, etc.

Clearing the cookies as described did not help here either. Still gibberish where the ads should be. Sorry.

OK, I changed a few things. Hit refresh a few times and tell me about the ads.

Ads not there yet.

Also, when I click on a thread it is not going directly to the new post. It goes to the top of the thread.

OK Guys.

What's happening is that the DNS propagation is not complete yet, so some links and addy's are still being drwan from the old server.

I'm going to let it ride until morning, and if we still have weird issues, I'll get on them.

I'm going to go have a sandwich.

Its working great here with fast loading speed, I like it. Thanks rick for keeping up on things for this board, its a great hangout ...........

I have norton internet security, and dont get the ads as others talk of, and dont want to see ads either, it loads faster and I am not fond of seeing ads and internet security does a good job of removing them.

Trouble with pictures/attachments. Better than half of them. Seems like anything that is not the original post, after checking into it. By the way Rick (Mr. Bin, I guess, for someone my age) thanks for your work in keeping this campfire in such good shape.

Working good for me this morning here in sunshine land. As to the banners, I never see them any way, my firewall must block them.
