That'd be 12:30 here. Still too light....even here!


So, what is it?

Are you talking about the Jupiter Venus conjunction and the slice of moon in a pretty picture in the sky? Yes they're coming together. They were pretty close last night when I was driving to work. Awesome! Or is there something else you're talking about?

Venus and Jupiter next to a crecent moon. Only thing visible in the sky.
Well now some stars have popped out.

The only cloud bank in the sky here is...yup, blanketing the southwest sky. Sun just set. Maybe in the next half-hour, the clouds will dissipate. Maybe.

Saw it last night driving east-weston I 30 in east Texas. I thought man that aint right. Looks cool. Glad I know what it is now.

In this part of NY at this time of year and for the next several months, even the moon my be hidden with all the grey skies. Not a chance to see the planets.

The best view I got was three lights behind a milky veil. Oh well.

Beautiful view from a local mountain top on the west coast. The moon was really neat through my 10X42's

Not to bad a view In the sac valley along the river. No fog as of yet. The last three nights have been foggy.

Spectacular over the dusky pink Huachuca range,......really fine aspect, No?

My dad and I were just talking about this before I left for work. I thought it was interesting but had no idea what it was, now I know thanks.

Got a good look at it on my walk home from tonights hunt in my part of NY. Looked even better through my binocs. I figured one was Venus. Now I know the other. Pretty cool.

think they're saying wont be seen again till 2052
