Does anyone make them anymore? I google and cannot find one. I have a sako that is getting a new stock and I would like the pad to remain red. WTW Sako's pad are just damn hard.
Thanks!

I have used some of the red Decellerators available through Brownell's. BUT I just installed my first pad from NEGC, and found it to grind and shape much more easily that the Decellerator. You order direct from NEGC, and they come in several different thicknesses. Probably won't go bad to the Decellerators.

Limbsaver also makes grind to fit. The have models for specific units and can tell you what Grind to Fit you need.
Trick with these is to put the pad in the freezer for three hours then start working it on the grinder, makes grinding much easier, you get a dust from the grinding rather than friction caused mini-balls!
They do work well dampening recoil.
Have installed on Rem shotguns, Ruger #1's, Ruger 77's and Browning rifles. As well as made to fit on Tikkas.

"Trick with these is to put the pad in the freezer for three hours then start working it on the grinder, makes grinding much easier, you get a dust from the grinding rather than friction caused mini-balls!" Just did a couple of Limbsavers. Used course sandpaper belt(80 grit) to start and lubed well with WD 40 as I went. Switched to 120 grit when I got close to the scribe mark, again lubing with WD 40. Finished by hand with fine wet/dry. Just like the instructions on back of material that come with pads. Worked great.

Everything you now do is something you have chosen to do. Some people don't want to believe that. But if you're over age twenty-one, your life is what you're making of it. To change your life, you need to change your priorities.
