Hello,
I am looking for a stock for a Sako L461. I would be fine with a synthetic stock or a walnut. I'm just seeing if anybody has a stock they could part with.

I'm not looking to sell but possibly trade. I have a McGowan built L461 in a Fajen laminate thumbhole and also a Fajen 95% finished stock I did not fit yet. I'd likely trade one of them for a usuable sporter stock. The barrel is a sporter contour so the channel is not opened up on either stock. I'm at work and have no access to pics until later.

There are several on Auction Arms - L461 and AII actions are interchangeable for stocks. There is also this one on Ebay...

Sorry, I had a little mental lapse this morning - L461 and the AI actions are mostly interchangeable, the L579 and AII actions are mostly interchangeable. Auctions Arms has a few, but they may not be what you are looking for.

A factory stock, semi custom, synthetic, ect. would all be fine.

I have an orignal sako stock,early 70's,has white spacer on comb & butt plate, oak leaves engraved on comb& bottom of forearm, been bedded,came off of a 17 remington. $125.00 plus shipping,if not satisfied your welcome to return it.
