Not today, I had to endure political indoctrination about the Chosen one. I'll not spend one dime with any of the sponsors, not one.

after this game, I'm not watching any TV other than old movies for the next several days.
the Obama worship is nauseating.
got a piece of direct mail today from the NYT, trying to get us to subscribe. had a big old picture of Barak the Messiah....and the caption was "Nov. 4 was just the beginning" and telling me how I need the NYT to follow the wonderful story of the Obama administration. that'll gag you.
and the sports page here today had about a half page of blurb interviews with local sports people (virtually all black) about what does the Obama inauguration mean to you. Hurl, hurl.

One of the networks I heard were having "Yes we can Mondays" on their shows kinda like Must See Thrusdays but tied into Obama.

I have not watched a half time show during a football game, college or sports, for a long time. So I missed the one you are speaking about. They stopped being about football some time ago.
Even though I missed this one, I support your low opinion of such a show.
I would join you in your boycott of the sponsors if I knew who they were. Can you post a list of them.

The gov is no longer issuing the $40 coupons for the digital converters due to lack of funds. Guess I won't convert mine. At least I can get the superbowl before the tv shuts down
