I'm new to Varmint hunting and the rifles used for it.
My weapon of choice will be used for PDogs, and targets.
I will reload, but haven't started yet.
I've decided to go with the Remington 700 VSSF in 204 caliber.
With the Leupold 6.5 X 20 VariX-3 with the varmint reticile, 40mm. I'm going to buy a 1000 rounds of the Federal V-Shok ammo, in 39 grain Sierra BlitzKing. I will use this brass for reloading. I'm open to any and all comments about this setup.
Thnaks, Dave

I would seriously check out Howa and Savage rifles before you buy also. Being able to swap out barrels yourself is a definite advantage of the savage.
