I use Nosler in .308 and 06. It's as good as Winchester, but cases are a bit thicker.

I've had some junk 308 brass from Nosler. The neck walls were not uniform at all.

To be fair I have a box of Nosler 260 Rem. brass that measures very well, but I haven't loaded it yet.

If you're going to get spendy brass for a 308 or 30-06 just cut to the chase and get Lapua.

I have had a lot of bad nosler 30.06 brass but the .243 brass I have has been very good.

I use both winchester and remington brass for 30-06, in my experience they both shoot the same and seem to last the same number of loads.

For my 308, I use Nosler and Lapua. I have used Winchester, Remington, and Federal, and in my opinion, all three are junk compared to the Lapua. Nosler would be second best.

Lots of choice and good brass.

There was a test recently posted in one of the mags. The author ran a bunch of test, one of which was to fire till failure on new brass to see which one fail first and which one lasted longer. The test rifle was a 308. Interestly, the Nosler was the first to fail and the Lapua was the last.

I've used Nosler in my 22-250 and was very happy with the loadings, then again I'll only load each piece 5 times. YMMV
