Brownells sells black and brown tint for bedding, I use it and it works very good with marine tex and devcon.

Haven't had occasion to try this product, but here's where I'd start if I wanted colors. Micro-Mark

So far all I've wanted is brown and black, and the stuff from Brownell's works fine.

Hobby paints for doing plastic models seems to work fine for me. You can get any color you want, and I cannot find any evidence that it has harmed my bedding jobs.

Boat supplies like West Marine carry different color additives for resin based products. Much less expensive than the gun supply houses. They also sell fiberglass and polyester fillers to make up your own bedding compounds.
