An open letter to the hunting community.
Dear Community
There was a time and day as a gunner and hunter I would agree that someday groups like the Brady Bunch , animal rights would have had laws enacted to take our guns away. I've always fell the assault weapons (weekend warriors) hitched to our bandwagon was way too much weight, the sooner they get off and fight their own fights the better off true sportsmen would be. That was before I ever come across these hunting forms. I've now come to the conclusion based on the blatant in disregard to save handling of firearms preferably those who claim dry firing is not an unsafe practice display by some that it is inevitable better gun control laws are needed. In my opinion in the form of a written exams before purchase of a high-powered rifle.

I had a BLT with side of salad (with Ranch dressing) for lunch.
I'm having burgers for dinner.

hey
old bearbeater is cured. I stayed in the ruff with my camo's on. I want to take a swing at Larry. I have read all the posts and even felt sorry for him. I even thought all of you were unfair and mean, crule and yes unsensative. Now i know without a shadow of doubt I, yes, I that knows everything ( referances wife, kids, students ) was wrong. I know without a doubt that Larry deserves the ignore button. I now officially give Larry the dumbass award of the year. Congradulations LARRY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry I opened this one by mistake. Try to never open anything you author, just makes my blood boil. While we're there or here, what to hell does dry firing have to do with safety, you never point a rifle at someone or in an unsafe direction and dry fire, you always treat a gun as if it is loaded. But then everyone knows that except apparently you, actually there's a lot you don't seem to know, but not reading your posts I did not realize that it extended beyond the Army and Viet Nam. I've been babysitting 3 to 9 year old grandkids all day and now I find this crap, please learn to read more then you write at least for the next 20 years or so.
