an article pumping three different kimber pistols by stan trzoniec. Not to get in a pi**ing contest with those that own kimbers, but this article reminds me of the typical guns and ammo piece. The guns go in cost from 1400 to around 2000 dollars
yet the 1400 with a number of bullets outshoots the "match" kimber.
Mostly 2000buck brings you two inch groups at 20yards with a ransom rest.
Am I missing something? I think I will stick to my "lessor" 1911's than the vaunted micky mouse Kimber.

My Kimber Custom II cost $690 new and shoots as well as my Les Baer or National Match. But, that, like your post, means little which is typical of examples of one or two.
