I had my Model 70 stocked by them in the mid 90's and when I checked back with them got the "Out of Business" recording on the phone line.

Who would you recommend for repainting an old Garrett Accur-lite stock?

Finn Aagaard used a Garret Accur-LT stock on his all-around 98 Mauser hunting rifle shown in one of his books. It's a great stock. I gifted a very good friend on the Campire with a Model 98 Mauser with a 3-position Model 70 style safety in .375 H&H Magnum with Armoloy coating. He took it to Alaska for a month.
