I've been a member for about a month and just today went through all 17 pages of this thread. All very nice rifles and a lot of variety. Not many Ruger falling blocks so I'll share pics of mine. The first four cartridges in this pic are my wildcats that I shoot in my Rugers, the other two are for TC barrels.
I'll start with my oldest one, built for me in 1994 by Ralph Bond of Bloomington, In. Ruger #3 .219 Wasp, Shilen #7 contour, 14" twist, Kepplinger set trigger, 16X Redfield 6400 scope, French gray finish on action by EABCO, Reinhart-[bleep] walnut, weighs 12 lb.
Target on left was shot in 1994, right target was shot last summer after 5900+ rounds through barrel.
Ruger #3 .224 BRM rebarreled by EABCO in Minn. Caliber is their design, like .219 Wasp made .300 longer. Chamber is too long to use 30-30 brass so I necked down 38-55 WW brass. Kepplinger set trigger, Leupold 6.5-20 X 40 mildot, Vais brake. #1 Ruger wood. Only weighs 10 lb. 4 oz., but PD hits are easy to see with the brake.
left target is one of the best groups from rifle with 50 v-max, right target is what I have loaded for May 09 with 55 NBT's.
Ruger #1 .219 DW PDK, built by Mark Penrod in 07, Shilen #7 contour, select match SS, 14" twist, Kepplinger set trigger 20 oz. unset, 12 oz. set, 8-32 X 50 Pentax mildot, JGS reamer ground to my design, 30-30 brass, 1.900 long 35* shoulder, .270 long, .250 dia neck, weighs 12 lb. 4 oz. Right group is best ever from rifle, left is load for this year with 50 v-max Ruger #1 .204 Wasp, built by Mark Penrod, finished Feb.12,09, Kreiger #18 contour, 11" twist, Kepplinger set trigger, 6-18 Burris on it now, will replace with 6.5-20 X 40 Leupold before PD shoot this May, PTG reamer, same shoulder as .219 Wasp with .250 long .232 dia neck, 1.770 case length, case holds 32 gr of Varget to base of bullet. right target is fire forming load load that I shot second trip to the range, 29.5 gr N135, 40 v-max mollied jammed into lands, 4033 fps I just finished loading 444 more of these and will be fireforming them on PD's in about 5 weeks. Will have all summer to work up loads with formed brass. Dave in IN

This is the nicest rifle I'll probably ever own. Just had to do it in the classic 30.06 Springfield.
