Anybody ever done this? I'm trying to ship one case of primers. I contacted UPS and after being transfered to 3 different divisions they're telling me I need a HAZ-Mat contract, a license and that it will be a weekly fee to ship haz-mat materials. Even if I only ship once.
Any suggestions?

YOU cannot ship them, you would have to take them to someone who has such a license. Many people are doing it and taking chances of serious repercussions should they be discovered. If you could get a contract carrier to take them this would be legal but not a common carrier.

FTF is about the only legal way unless you have the hazmat

I just heard of a new way around this, don't have any idea if it's legal, but if you have someone ship brass to you and prime it and ship it back it's supposedly legal. Just can't ship loose primers. Might be worth looking into

Face to Face or in person
