Would they be drop in or gunsmith required?

Manners stocks inlets a few of their models for the T3. Off the top of my head I can't name the specific ones, but I'm positive they do and are considering adding more to their list.

It is my understanding, and seems to be true, that Tikka doesn't offer the laminated stock anymore as of '09.
That is why I bought a 300WSM and 270WSM, both laminated, late last year and earlier this year. Haven't seen another since, on store shelves anyway.
I suppose some gun sites will still be sellin' some (gunbroker.com, etc.) for awhile........just have to keep checkin' if you're really lookin' to get a T3 laminated. I looked for a 25-06 laminated T3 for quite awhile......didn't happen.
Good luck.

My stock T3 SS Syn 300 Win Mag shoots so good, I wouldnt even think about changing anything on it. That is why I like the T3 quite a bit.

I was takin' a bit of a chance when I sold my 270WSM T3 SS synthetic and purchased the exact same, only in the laminated version because it also shot very well.
No regrets now as the new 270WSM laminated shoots just as well if not better. Makes sense had it gone either way really, new load and all.
I'm convinced, after owning 4 T3's, that no matter what Tikka one ends up with............they'll be smilin'.........IMHO.

Beretta sells the T3 stocks, if you want a different style, like the tactical, or wood.
