What are the particulars of your 162-gn Amax load? OAL, powder charge, etc.

I'm going to try it in my 22" 7-08. I will, of course, work up to whatever you report.

It ain't gonna run no 2700 fps, I strongly suspect, but I'll report what it does run.

I remember you stated moly'd bullets, and RL15, but I don't remember a quantity of powder stated. I don't remember an OAL.

I'm for thinkin' that your powder charge is over book (which I don't care about) and the OAL is quite long. But, I'll admit that I could be wrong.

I don't even really CARE; I just want to try the load. What are the particulars? MontanaMarine posted the particulars of his "imaginary" load, hint hint.

Hardly suprising for you to gloat in your reading comprehension being commensurate with all your other "skills"...though I still find it curious that you feel compelled to reiterate those countless lapses.

Though curiously enough Reloading Manuals are chock full of 7-08/160-2's at 2700fps+.

Obvious correlations,are amongst the many conclusions you cain't draw by yourself...which comes full circle to comedic value,despite the intent being elsewhere.

Fer Pete's Sake jo, how is someone else's rifle particulars going do anything for your rifle? Variation's in chamber/throat/barrels will all make a difference. Load up some 162's to kiss the lands in YOUR rifle....it don't make a lick of difference what they measure in someone elses rifle. Work up and poke them through the chrony looking for pressure and see what YOU get in YOUR rifle. A speed and a powder was alread mention, what else do you need? Poll 7 guys on the length of their rifle's throat and you'll likely get 7 different anwsers....give or take.

He's running more than one 7-08. He's talked about it numerous times as "the load".

I'm for thinking that he won't post the powder charge because it will invalidate all the noises his guys made about "equal chamber pressures", and that he won't post the OAL because, well, it will invalidate the critique of MontanaMarine's load that it was "too long".

But, I could be wrong, which is why I'm politely asking him for the particulars. The more he dodges it, the more intrigueing it gets, though.
