Two city parks department workers were driving through the parks making their rounds picking up litter and cleaning the bathrooms. To do the job right it takes about 4 to 4 and 1/2 hours. About three quarters of the way through the route, the driver slams the truck into park gets out of the truck and grabs a shovel out of the back end of the truck and then starts beating a turtle on the shoulder of the road over and over. Astonished the passenger gets out of the truck and asks, "what the heck did you do that for?" And the the guy with the shovel says "I was getting really mad at that turtle, he's been following us all day!"
