I couldn't even begin to name all the ones I've tasted but my starting line up is.

Bitburger
Warstiener
Becks
Guiness
anything from Stone

I'm not big on the wheat, bocks,or wiess a little too chewy for me.

and Lackenhauser porter, brewed in a little shed by a wacky pipe fitter and former Navy man in Salsbury MD.

BTDT, Neat place.
If you get up to Bamberg, make sure to visit Schlenkerla. Smoked Beer is what they do best. Smells like a smokehouse, with a kick.

I haven't been to Bamberg but I have had that Rauchbier. It didn't suit my taste, which is funny considering I love smoky Islay malts.

Those kind of seem like flyweights for a Stone fan.

I just popped open a new brew.

Mighty Arrow Ale from New Belgium Brewing.
It's gotta a little kick to it. Pretty good so far.

New Belgium has some good brews. I introduced my boss to Shiner Bock's today, says he likes them more that his skunky Heiniken's. Les

What's the name of the other good one. Fat or Flat Tire?

Gotcha.

My everyday beers are Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Anchor Liberty Ale and Flying Dog Snake Dog IPA. Can you tell I like hops? grin
