Hi Guys:
Just wanted to relate my experience with customer service at Lion Country Supply, a great Gun Dog supply retailer.
So, I ordered a collar with a brass nameplate for my new Springer pup, and there was a screwup on the engraving.
Called LCS, talked to Jim, he said not to worry about sending back the collar, they'd engrave me a new nameplate and send me a new collar.
The rest of the order was fine, and the way Jim handled the engraving issue was even better.
LCS is good people!

That's where I take my business as well. They've been top notch all the way!! BTW Rick.....wouldn't a pic of that pup be in order about now???

I bought a blank gun for field trial use some years back from LCS. It was "their" model. When I got it there was enough end play in the cylinder that if held muzzle down when you fired it it would misfire. I called them about it, pretty sure they person I talked to was Terry. Conversation went like this
Me " I have a problem with the blank pistol I just got from you"
Terry, "You don't have a problem sir, I have a problem"
Replacement was on my door step the next day! BEFORE I could even get the the return boxed up.
THAT IS customer service.
I have "CDO". It is just like "OCD" except the letters are in alphabetical order LIKE THEY SHOULD BE!
