I need to replace the recoil pad with a Decelerator (D752B) on an older Remington TI stock, but since the stock is on its way to the 'smith I'm not sure what size to order. I'm thinking the medium (1407) will work, but can someone confirm this?

Just call Bell and Carlson. Tell them you have a 2950 series Remington factory stock and need to know what size Decelerator they use.

Thanks JPro. I should have thought of that sooner.

I had one that was melted on a Ti. B/C put Decelerator on it for about $20 after Limb saver sent me the wrong pad three times. They are glued, screwed and fitted into the back of the stock. PIA to get off.

They take a large grind to fit Pachmyer. Told Sims all three times what stock I had. B/C did it cheaper than I could get the pad for.He had it refinished while it was there

Blueprinted, So no big deal to send stock back to B&C for pad replacement, how long did it take them? Thinking of doing the same with my original Ti stock with older rubber pad. Thx.

Give them a call. I had to make some adjustments. I picked up a used one. Had a big dent in the side, pad was melted. Limsaver dicked me around. I called BC I had to cut out for an exterior bolt stop. extend the ejection recess. They told me do what ever and send it back. Very cool to deal with. Their time varies. Last fall it was like 3-4 weeks including the pad, body work and a piant. Green with black webbing was 45-bucks I think.

They recently did a few correction mods on a new Ti-style stock for me. It was in and out of their shop in the same week.
