First time Grandma and Grandpa! Today at 15:50 hr Dublin time, our elder daughter and son-in-law brought Luke into the world, by the grace, mercy and help of the Lord God. Nine pounds, one ounce. Mom and baby healthy and resting, finally.
Grandpa and Grandma - - not so much! Itching to get to Ireland.
Praising the Lord for his mercy and love.
Rejoice with us.

What a wonderful gracious gift our Good God has given your family. May your grandchild always know that he is loved!
I would itch to get to Ireland even without a grandchild and I would not even keep any of the ire.

Congratulations and blessings to all! Grandpas are the luckiest people in the world. We are allowed to do whatever we deem in the best interest of the grandchild. (There is no such thing as spoiling them. They are smart enough to realize that what Grandpa can be convinced to do does not translate to the others who populate their world. :)) P.S.
