For the first time in 3 years, I'll be hunting and not guiding kids. Good thing I've been working out a bit. Bull elk in September, gotta be my favorite hunt. Good luck to the rest of you all.

Ah dangit. No either sex tag for 1st season. Got the cow tag instead. At least I still get to hunt with the rest of the boys, but now I've got to wait on the deer draw to see if I'm doubling up with an OTC bull tag, or waiting to hunt 4th leftovers.

I checked all 3 of our tags now. Tripple cow-pow!! & I do mean POW!! lol!! hopefully a few straglers will get left over tags & join our trio.

Congrats dude. thats what i wanted but couldn't afford to put in for it this year. I've been building points since around 98 though so when I decide I have the ching for the tag it should be mine.

Actually Coyote Hunter, if you go to the DOW site and log in like you are going to buy a license they have a tab on there that will take you to any pending licenses you drew. In my case I hadn't bought my Habitat Stamp for the year so they are going to hold mine till I get one.
We drew our 1st rifle season tags again for the 3rd year in a row. I'm relieved and excited as a little kid on Christmas!! OK, I found this: Below is a list of products you already have on file.
2009 - 462 RES PRONGHORN APP
2009 - 480 RES ELK APP
2009 - 486 RES FALL BEAR APP
2009 - 060 HABITAT STAMP TO VALIDATE LIC

I�m guessing that means I got my cow tag. For deer it just shows �490 RES DEER APP� so I�m guessing the drawing hasn�t occurred yet � or I went bust on that, too... Thanks!

Thanks! i guess they are up now, but the code starting with the #5 means you drew, #4 is just the app. no they havent done deer yet, you coulda found out your elk results 2 days ago using the "back door" method. so try it out on deer in the coming days., btw, the #5 just means you drew, you have to wait for actual results to know what for, if you had multiple choices. clear as mud? I dont know if any of you post on monstermuleys, but them boys normally figure out a way to find out what they drew well before results are posted, not just colorado either they have tricks for every state almost!
