I have a 8000 acrea deer lease that will have 2000 acreas set aside for bowhunting only we want 30 families @1000 a family call me Jason 281-806-9441 will be showing 5-30-09 this is north of Houston about 1 hour

This price seems very fair if there is deer on it. What are the restrictions? Has the place been hunted before? If so, what kind of horns have been killed on it? Doe permits? Hogs?

I looked at this place Friday and I am getting on today. It has not been hunted in 2 years. There is lot of deer and hog sign all over the ranch. And it is close to Houston (One hour drive) and there will only be 30 familys on this lease, that is 266 acres per family. Call Jason and he can tell you more

Is this a year round lease? One of my best friends lives in New Caney and knows that area real well. I will see if hes interested.
