Dennis Update.
I just talked with Dennis wife and she wanted me to share what info she has at this time. She is making her way to Seattle at this moment.
Dennis appears to have a 6cm x 4cm tumor in his left temporal lobe that is pressing against his brain. She hopes to be with the Dennis and the Doctor in a couple of hours. I hope I got the info correct and will keep you all updated as she has requested
I'm sure he can feel the support coming from all of you.

George - thank you for the update. Dennis is without question one of the good great guys. Whatever he's up against, my money is on the grizzled old vet.

Just got off the phone with Dennis. Bastid almost wouldn't take my call! Passed on all the warm fuzzies posted here and he's touched - and I don't mean in the way we've long suspected. It's not yet known if the tumor is benign or malignant. The blog says he will have surgery on Mon.
If you take the time it takes, it takes less time.

I don't usually join these threads much, but he's a poster I always read. Common sense, no bullshyt. When either of the muledeer posters say it's raining, I grab my jacket.
