My local gun-shop has a used one in the original single-shot configuration with an asking price of $475.00, which seems a little high based upon the few that I have found for sale. It's complete with all of the William's sight stuff and seems to be in very good condition.
I have read various reports that this rifle is a bargain if you can find one, to it's an erratic shooter. Does anyone here have any firsthand experience with the Marlin 2000L?
