Been doing some experiments with SR4756, trying to get some values for QL. Now I see why this powder has been controversial over the years. I have only been able to match my chrono data by using some pretty strange QL parameters. Anyone else done any work on SR4759? Here is what I have so far.

Start with LG and change
Ht of Exp to 3600
Ratio of Sp Ht to 1.9
Progressivity to 3.0
P/R limit to .410

THESE ARE PRELIMINARY NUMBERS, ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND PROBABLY A HIGH LEVEL OF INACCURACY.

Also note that this is for 4756, not 4759. Big difference.

ozzy the nuke.......have you done any further work with IMR SR4756 as it relates to QUICKLOAD?

I'd sure be interested to hear of anything you might have developed.

I wish to Heck that SR4756 was included in the QL Powder Database.........
