My wife's Aunt Ann pass away this morning. She was 89 and has been in a nursing home for the last few months. She would have been 90 in Oct. I will miss her but she is in a better place now. Sometimes dying is better than living when you can't do for yourself any longer. I guess it is coming to all of us. The weird thing is my wife's Mother, which was Aunt Ann sister, my wife Father and her Uncle which was the brother of her Mother and Aunt Ann all past away on the 18Th of the month. I told her on the 18Th of every month you had better stay home.

Sorry for your loss.

I have a 94yr old Aunt who I wish could go home, she has no life but a life of misery. My 95yr old grandfather went a couple of years back, and at least he lived active up until the last four months. My poor aunt is going on her third year of not knowing where she is, spending her whole day at the kitchen table, it is terrible.

My condolences as well.

Barkoff, I know what you're saying. My Mom ended up in a rest home before she passed. She had her wits about her, but every trip in there was for me, a heart wrenching experience.
I think God has a special place in His heart for those who care for ones like Mom and your aunt.

Thoughts and prayers for those she left behind.
